Weightlifting Hooks inSPORTline Neohook are a useful accessory for bracing your wrists for difficult power activities. There is a steel hook sewn into the firm wrist wraps. These wraps are made of very strong nylon and neoprene 43 cm wide and 15 cm long. A strong grip is ensured by a 39-cm long Velcro fastener. The grip is further enforced by a plastic clip through which the Velcro strap is fastened. You will find these hooks useful especially when doing dead lifts or other exercises where you must handle heavy weights. We do not recommend using the hooks continuously, but to alternate between exercise types with hooks and without them.
